Burton Elementary Reading Challenge a Success

reading

reading The Burton Elementary Library “Reading Challenge” was a great success this year. Over 60 students in grades K-6 participated and enjoyed the literacy party that ended the event. We are so proud of our students for their accomplishments in this challenge. They are indeed “Learning to Read  and Reading to Learn.”

We would like to thank the following readingbusinesses in our community that supported the event by donating prizes for the students: Maggie's Donuts, Buckeye Chocolates, Walmart of Middlefield, and Coffee Corners.

We would also like to thank Maggie's Donuts for providing refreshments for the event.
