Sparkles students, with the help of Ashley Brzozowski, Suzanne Fletcher, Emily Swartzlander, Kristen Hendl, Shelley Fraley, Maria Huber and Nancy McCauley, are busy at work developing items and materials for the annual Holiday Shop for the upcoming seasonal time of the year. Sparkles students have been putting to use their hands-on skills and problem-solving techniques to create a variety of items. Proceeds from all items created will benefit the Sparkles program and will support community-based outings. One early project was the creation of bookmarks, with a bit of creativity and hard work. This is an annual activity that takes place each and every year, and this year, the District’s remote 1:1 learners were included in the fun and excitement to begin creating these items. Way to go Sparkles students! Be sure to stay on the look out for specific dates and times for the Holiday Shop to open. Thank you for your continued support and Go Badgers!
