PTO Volunteer Form

by Cindy Ducca

September 15, 2008

Volunteer Opportunities at Burton Elementary

Please return to school with your child

Parent involvement and volunteerism are key to our children’s success.  It is imperative that we all find some way to keep Burton Elementary kids on track for continuous learning while providing a fun, family-oriented school environment.  We would like all parents to read this PTO Volunteer Resource Form carefully, and select areas where you may be able to help.

You only need to complete one form per family, but please use different colors or initials for each parent when checking off various interests.  Thank You!

Are you new to Burton Elementary School?  Check here _____

 PTO Volunteer Form

As you can see, there is a lot that PTO does.  Many of these jobs take very little time and all are great ways to have fun and connect with the Burton Elementary Community.

We are looking for coordinators to arrange events and organize other volunteers.

Please mark anything below that you would be willing to COORDINATE.  A letter will be sent out at a later time, closer to the event asking for HELPERS.

If you have a question about any individual event, please either call an officer (phone numbers are on the other side) or consult your PTO handbook for a description of each event.  If you need a handbook, please give an officer a call or check here ____ and one will be sent home with your child.
