2008 - 2009 Kindergarten Registration Information
Berkshire Schools will have 2008-2009 Kindergarten Registration Packets are available at Burton Elementary, Troy Elementary, Berkshire High School and the Berkshire Board of Education Office.
Welcome to Kindergarten at the Burton Campus! We are very excited to have you in our school family. We are looking forward to working with you at the beginning of your child’s education in the Berkshire Local School District.
Please make sure that your child’s immunizations are current. We encourage you get a physical and dental appointment before school begins to make sure that your child gets off to the best possible start. We must have immunization records in order for your child to attend kindergarten.
Please note that we MUST have the following required documents at the time of kindergarten registration.
- Registration Fee of $40.00
• Copy of your child’s social security card
• Copy of your child’s birth certificate
• Copy of current immunization records
• Custody Agreements (if applicable)
• Proof of residency
• Registration Paperwork
Our kindergarten team has worked very hard to create a comprehensive, developmentally appropriate kindergarten program that will provide your child with a seamless transition to kindergarten. We are committed to ensuring that your child’s first school experience is fabulous!
