Burton Elementary Students Participate in Chess Tournament

Burton Elementary students R.J. Maxwell (5th grade), Jonathan Bumbarger (3rd grade), Kaitlin McFadden (1st grade) and Nathan McFadden (3rd grade) participated in the Chess Tournament at the Burton Public Library this past weekend.

Jonathan Bumbarger won the tournament and will play again against 6th, 7th, and 8th graders.  We are very proud of all of the students who played in the tournament.  Congratulations!
