We are in the processes of adding a new feature to our Parent Portal system through Infinite Campus. The OLR (On-Line Registration) system will allow new student’s to be registered through the Parent Portal. This will help eliminate paper forms that we are currently using within the district for registration. Parents will still be required to schedule an appointment to bring required documents, i.e. student’s birth certificate, social security card (optional), proof of residency, court documents, driver’s license, etc., to the Board of Education Office to complete the registration process.
The OLR program will also allow for updating “Annual” forms the district requires parents to complete each year, such as the Emergency Medical form, FERPA/Photo Release/Handbook forms, Computer/Internet Usage forms, etc. The “Annual” forms are still required to be completed. In order for you, as the parent/guardian, to do so, you must have an active parent portal account. Please make sure that you are set up with an account. Updates will be sent through the email messenger system during the summer to keep you updated as to when the OLR system is up and running. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we move forward with this process.
